Youth to Youth Middle School Conference
The Youth-to-Youth Middle School Conference will be held on Saturday, March 4th, 2017. This AMAZING conference is an opportunity for middle school teens to spend the day with high school leaders, who believe in making healthy choices and decisions, such as being drug, alcohol, and tobacco free. However, this conference is about so much more than drug and alcohol prevention - it's about leadership, self-confidence, and empowering young people to make positive choices that impact their future.
This fun filled all-day event consists of games, team building activities, inspirational speakers, workshops, small group sessions, and more...all focusing on helping teens to make positive choices in their lives. The days ends with an awesome DJ and dance!

NEW STUDENT Enrollment for the 2017-18 School Year
Enrollment for the 2017-18 School Year:
**If your child is currently a 5th grader at Bollinger Canyon, Golden View, Montevideo or Twin Creeks Elementary School, you do not need to enroll at Iron Horse. These elementary schools are feeder schools to Iron Horse so your child is automatically in our 2017-18 enrollment. You will need to do the annual update that the district sends out over the summer. This is to update your contact information in the districts database (emergency contacts, cell phones, etc).
Enrollment for the 2017-18 school year opens on March 2, 2017
To enroll, log-on to the district website and complete the on-line application https://srvusd-ca.schoolloop.com/enrollyourchild
After completing the on-line application, please make an appointment with Iron Horse and bring your required documents to your scheduled appointment. Click here to schedule your appointment:

Required Paperwork to bring to your appointment:
1. Print out of your on-line application/summary.
2. Students original birth certificate OR passport.
3. Students immunization records from a physician.
4. Parent/Guardians original & current picture ID (Driver's license,
CA issued ID, Passport, Military ID )
5. Original mortgage statement, escrow closing papers indicating sale
has already closed, grant deed, property tax bill OR
lease-rental agreement which states the property address, names of occupants
living there (students name must appear) and signed by both parties
(no copies accepted)
6. AND a current PG&E or water bill with name and address listed
(within 45 days for new home purchases/rentals)

Please use either Fire Fox or Google Chrome as your browser when setting up this account.
Please note that semester grades are the only grade that gets posted to transcript
Forgot your password?
1. Click on the Forgot your password link on the Campus login screen. Enter your Campus username. An email will be sent to your recovery email address.
2. Click the unique hyperlink contained within the email. You will be directed to a new screen where you can enter a new password for your account.
3. Enter your new password and save. You can now log into Campus using your existing Campus username and the new password.
1. Click on the Forgot username link on the Campus login screen.
2. Input your Recovery email address in the field. Click Continue. An email will be sent to that email address with you username information. Use the link in the email to log into the portal.
If you are still having issues logging in or don't remember what your recovery email is please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Please include your name and the issue are you having.
Traffic Drop-Off & Pick-Up
Safety of our students, staff, and parents is our number one priority during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-ups. As you prepare for drop-off and pick-ups, please consider the following alternatives to utilizing our front parking lot which can become very busy:
If you must use the front parking lot, please follow the directions of staff members, be courteous to other drivers, and stay off your cell phones. Safety comes first!

Carpool Incentive Program
On behalf of the school community, thank you for making it a priority to leave a little earlier and exercise safe driving habits! I continue to encourage our families to participate in carpools to help alleviate traffic during drop-off and pick-up times. This is a great practice anytime! As an incentive, we are raffling off $25 Starbuck's gift cards on a monthly basis. To be entered, please register as a carpool participant using the linked Google Form below.

IHMS Incoming 6th grade Parent Orientation Night
Welcome to all new and incoming Jaguars!
Our incoming Parent Orientation Night is scheduled for Thursday, April 13, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm in our Multi-Purpose Room. Incoming parents can come and hear from our 6th grade teachers, counselors, parent leaders, and administration team about our program for our 6th grade students and opportunities for our parents to be involved. This event is for adults only as our seating is limited in our MPR. We are excited to meet you on April 13!

Cal High Dance Auditions
Calling all dancers! The Cal High Dance Auditions for the 2017 – 2018 Classes are coming up. Earn fine arts or P.E. credit in one of our U.C. approved courses. Clinics will be held on March 9th from 3-5PM and tryouts will be held on March 10th from 3-6PM in the Cal High Dance room. Attendance at both clinic and tryouts is required for acceptance into Dance 2, 3, 4 and 5. No audition required for Dance 1; just sign up on your class schedule.
